Shipping & Returns

Kindly note that fresh mehndi cones and mehndi paste orders will only be dispatched strictly on Dispatch Dates chosen in the product section.

Due to fresh mehndi being a perishable product, mehndi cones and mehndi paste will be sent via First Class Tracked delivery via Royal Mail and is only available in the UK. All parcels will require a signature.

 

Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 Business Days, however, please note that delays can occur. Kindly note that Apni Mehndi is not responsible for any delays by Royal Mail. Should your parcel arrive damaged or is lost, kindly get in touch for further information.

 

When your product has been shipped, you will be sent your tracking number for any delivery updates.

 

Any parcels which are undelivered will be returned to us and no refunds will be applied
